Barker Management, Incorporated ("BMI"), was formed twenty-seven years ago with the concept of providing quality property management services to the affordable housing market. BMI began by managing federally assisted housing and has expanded over the years to include conventional housing and commercial property developments. Its specialty, however, continues to be the management of affordable housing.
BMI currently manages approximately 5,000 units in over 100 developments in California and Nevada and employs 250 employees.
Harvard Yard is one of BMI's many affordable housing facilities. Located in Los Angeles California, Harvard Yard has access to a vast array of must see destinations and recreational areas; these include theme parks such as Universal Studios, Disneyland and Six Flags Magic Mountain, Hollywood landmarks Grauman's Chinese Theatre or Hollywood Walk of Fame on the sunset strip, and educational sites such as the Getty Museum, Griffith Park Observatory and the La Brea Tar Pits.
